October Fest?

I dated a gal in Hermann for a couple years.  Octoberfest is nothing compared to their 4th of July shindigs.   They truly know how to party in that little river town.  👍

              They will kick him out really quick for talking so much and not letting the other old folks get a word in the conversation.

               Tell her to shove his mouth full so he can't talk and let the other old folks talk!

When I used to travel for business I would look up German restaurants.  I need to find a reason to visit here.

I was told they will tie me to the Wheelchair. 

Ah I already have a German woman. I remember her Grandma she would only speak German. 

I was standing next to a German and doing like I do now agreeing with her. Guy asked me do you understand German? No. Then why are you agreeing with her?

Now I can't hear well.  My Son was talking to me. Dad did you hear a word I said? No. He says look at me and I will say it again.

You will like the town, has that Mayberry vibe, small shops, stores, vintage toy store, great German food.  Not open every day however.

Edit:  Just googled it and I am wrong, it's every weekend in October.  Pretty sure it got shut down for a while though.

I hadn't heard of it being shut down. Heck they still had it in 2020 when Covid had the world shutdown.
