So far no one has reported prion disease in chickens or pigs, but after 3 months of working the loading dock at a chicken plant back in '68 it was 7 or 8  years before I could eat store bought chicken, no matter how good the gravy.

I don’t put gravy on a steak.  It’s only for cuts too tough to eat grilled.  Pasta?   That just a bowl of sugar.   No thanks.

I didn’t saw HEALTHY, I said better.  Better tasting and better texture.  I know where to get the good stuff.   But it’s not cheap.  Again.  Why isn’t there a similar group representing deer like the cattlemen’s association?   Why?   Because beef is good and deer is…….   Gotta be prepared right😂

They have a vaccine for it in development so just calm down😆.  It’ll be out in a week or two.
