I'm beyond pissed, I'm genuinely concerned about where these people we were discussing are coming from, why they are here, and why we are being forced to just accept them.

Personally i think a hard  and fast no politics rule is best. Supported by deleted posts or member suspension or banning. 

Just so it’s out here, I’d give @Mitch f a warning, and ban him after another transgression. Permanently. I don’t think it would take long as he had a hard time keeping shut. He’d have to market his product elsewhere. 
 

@Smalliebigs is just nuts, so I’d give him a couple free passes before banning him 

@fishinwrench has some decent advice for people with boats, but I’d ban him for being so repetitive about MDC agent/doctor/ police/ other authoritative figure  bashing. Probably for 2 weeks or until he gives some decent advice,!which ever comes first. 

I’d open things up to hearing cases for banning other members either temporarily or permanently. 

We could work out the details later. 

Take it up with Phil.  And Jeff.  I'm 100% in favor and just so everyone knows, the only PM related to this is between Phil and I with my moderator resignation.

Just to be 100% clear.....I have no problem at all with immigrants. Most I've interacted with in my lifetime are good people.....But lately it seems there is a new breed (so to speak) of immigrants, and they are not pleasant at all......yet we would be punished SEVERELY if we stood our ground against them.  

I just don't get it.   

They are like spiders in our living room. And everyone in the house is so afraid of them that the entire household is under their authority.

 

Some of these "spiders" have lots of money too......and are buying up HUGE parcels of our land.   I don't know about you, but I don't care for the smell of that.
