I met up with Cody @gotmuddy and his sister to fish the Narrows.   Google maps lied to me telling me originally the trip would be 2.5 hours, when I left at 5:30 it showed over 3.   Luckily the Captain was forgiving of my tardiness.    It started off very cold, but the sun came out and the temps rose.  Fishing started slower than expected but the bluebird skies were as far as you could see.   I started tonget a little hungry and offered some fruit to my mates, including my breakfast banana.   OPE!!    Well I got skunked, Cody and his sister Ella each caught 1 smallie.   Still a great time together be hanging out with friends.

Despite your huge faux paux of bringing a banana on the boat, I had a great time, despite the fishing.  I call it a win when you can fish the 11pt and not hit a any rocks!

Both on top of and underneath them.  Most of the rivers we run, we have to deal with it all of the time.  With 2 people in the boat and stick steer, I usually take the brunt of it while the captain sits up front.
