I haven't updated much lately its mostly been just sending the water downstream. We are closing in on our target elevation of 839.0 and will likely begin to drop back next week, partly to slow the drop, and partly to allow the MDC to complete a survey of fish populations on the river down stream, the paramaters are they need 2000 CFS for 3 days, so we have the water, doesn't appear to be any hurricanes on the horizon, so probably monday or so the outflow will drop to 2000 CFS. Stepping it down some with a project "normal" around the 15th of the month with cut back to minimum outflow of 50 CFS at that point. Lots of shad in the lake, fish should be fat, happy and bored, go liven them up a little.
