  1. Dunno...but future looks pretty good. Most of my customers are in the tank but some new stuff came in. Customers got 7 med mary jane retail permits, and 1 cultivator. Think they will get at least one or two mfg permits, inspection permit, and a transportation permit when awarded. Might be a decent year anyway!
  2. Evan, Dan, & Ryan at Feather Craft are good guys too. Would call and ask for one of them if Tom does not have in stock, cant order, etc. Partial to Tom's place because he is a good friend and long time customer of mine. Used to go to FC more often when Ed Story was alive. Always enjoyed talking with him. Bob isn't so personable, never hit it off.
  3. Mr. Williams, who ran the campground, had all kinds of stories about the battle, a collection of artifacts, and stone wall memorial on the property last time I stayed there. His health took a nose dive several years ago, so I doubt that he is still with us. I do not know the current owners, but you could stop and ask to look around politely.
  4. Talked to Tom Hargrove on the phone yesterday. Tom & Max are still at the fly shop most days, but not open for you to browse. Doing some remodeling as well. Call him up with what you want, and he will sack it up for you. Shop number is 314-968-4223 located at 9042 Manchester Rd, 63144. Tom is closed on Sunday & Monday.
  5. Waiting for Bill & Melinda Gates to pull up in an Amazon van and offer to haul me, my family, and our get away bags to the train that transports us to the “Virus Free Zone” camp. We paid for that insurance!🤪
  6. Congrats on her retirement! Can’t wait for my wife to retire. Eligible in 2 yrs when she is 58.
  7. Maybe maybe Arkansas, Kansas, and S. Illiinois after we get done with everything else. The Military, Leo's and fire fighters have access to data networks that civilians do not.
  8. Never took a day off. Still wont take face to face appointments for awhile, but you can mail your tax/financial stuff in, or call in your payroll. Will call you back. Getting slow, because people are procrastinating on their tax work...Sending a letter to those who are procrastinating with our late fee structure..We doubled it. This PPP loan stuff has been a free money fiasco. If you knew your banker, and your banker knew your business was eligible, and you could pull the docs together ASAP, you got shown to the door first. If you don't have a business banker that you know, good docs, good accountant that knows business bankers. SOL. Think a bunch of my small businesses got over funded too.....Not sure if they can spend 75% on payroll to get forgiven 100%..Think most will be on the hook for 20-40% of what they got. Still a stupid good deal. Can always refi. pay it ,or default if out of business. No personal guarantee in the paperwork.
  9. Said 340 miles, and they are bright...supposedly working on the light pollution problem. To easy to spot. I don't want to see Space X junk in the sky. High Satellites are hard to spot in CONUS, but you can see incredible stars in the middle of the pacific ocean. So much light pollution here. I like to star gaze, and this does not add to the experience. My stargazing will be filled with blinking gizmo's so some person in Bangladesh can get high speed porn access?
  10. Have a good mower, his name in Manuel. Been cutting our yard for the last 12 years. I can’t do it, totally allergic to grass clippings $50 bucks any time he comes by, saves me an afternoon/evening of pain.
  11. Saw it a couple months ago, space junk. I have no idea how they intend to retrieve all those disposable satellites.
  12. Floated the St Croix several years ago...Good canoe outfitter in Grantsburg, WI...there is only 1....and not near the float traffic that we get in MO. There are big musky there, smallmouth, and walleye.
  13. While you are at it. It is just a step to the left, and a jump to the right.
  14. Want more gummies! Booze is easier to source.
  15. I’ll stick with gummy bears & booze.
  16. No thanks, like green pumpkin with red flake.
  17. Did give my wife some Zoom Fat Alberts! Sure thing!
  18. Should do fine. Have a 3/4 ton to tow my 32’ camper. Most boats weigh allot less.
  19. Back to the original question. I go with a 9” inseam if I intend to wear underwear. Pants if I want to free ball.
  20. I need no bullshido to feel better. Politicians are scum, can’t and won’t do any for you unless you pay their vig. F them. They are offering some of your money back at the moment. Get some if you can. I can help with that, but kinda late in the game. Customer of mine got her PPP loan approved in an hour today, but her dad owns 4 car dealerships in MS. Bankers still playing games.
  21. Ami’s and Schottzies make my kind of Pizza. Ran the line at a Pasta House at 17, worked at Rich & Charlie’s on Watson as the sauté chef for a shift or two. The place was disgusting. Got a $2 an hour raise to come back to the PHC at Gravois & McKenzie. 30 years ago.
  22. Trump was rambling again today. It’s a bad habit. His leadership style does not inspire trust or confidence IMO. In over his head and struggling to swim over his arrogance. Might become a human being if he does.
  23. Dewey’s is very good. Love their salads. Katie’s Pizza is darn good too, but usually order the mushroom pasta or the black squid ink seafood pasta. Like old school STL style. Pasta House makes better pizza than IMO’s.
  24. Never had gas station pizza, but do like Chester's. I get free pizza & pasta from customers all the time. Never think to buy pizza. Have one customer who does NY Style, Chicago, and STL...Locations in Rock Hill, and O'Fallon, MO. I like their stuff...Kids like Dewey's better. Just what you like. Need to make some fried chicken livers, and chicken liver pasta in cream sauce this weekend.
