    Both of the shift rod ends have little detents in them. The rod ends have to go far enough into the coupler so that the screws go through the detents.......and not just clamping the coupler onto the very end of the rods. Remove the coupler completely, and spread it apart a bit if you have to. Then reinstall it correctly.

    On a REAL lake it probably is. On THIS LAKE it's like watching a non-stop Christmas parade. Red, green, blue, and yellow lights everywhere. And you can't tell which ones are moving and which ones aren't. Gives me a headache.

    I don't think so. But of course it is going to depend on the type of videos you watch. Some videos leave you stupider than you were before you watched them, whereas reading a book full of stories from someone's imagination still provides exercise for your brain/eye relation, and exercises your brains ability to put word to meaning.....which does relate to intelligence. Did you know that reading by dim candlelight is the best eye exercise there is ?

    I dropped Sugarbritches off at our mushroom hunting place today, and while she was foraging I did my parts running and took a trip through the car wash. When I got back to pick her up it took both of us to load all of her findings into the truck. She found a whole basket full of plump shrooms, 3 baskets full of delicious strawberries, a big bag full of brussel sprouts, and amazingly she came across a patch of raspberry filled long johns that are so good you'll wanna slap yo' mama!

    What were you angry about at the time? Some anger or dissatisfaction MUST be held in. I mean I suppose a person could walk around bitching about things all day long.....but then you'd run out of people who choose to hang around you, and you'd be lonely and depressed. I never pass up an opportunity to complain about MDC, 4-stroke outboards, and tournament fisherman relocating fish all the time.

    Snagged resists coming down here and fishing with me, so until I get a chance to examine him I have no idea.

    I suppose there's a good living to be made by listening to people blather on about their life for 20 minutes......then telling them to get their head out of their @$$ and sending them on their way.

    I was taught early in life to choose my hunting buddies wisely. The scariest thing I ever did was sign up on a trap league.

    When in doubt, regardless of whether it's a mini-bike or a road grader.... 32 psi Sex therapist's are as worthless as psychologist's, they've never cured anyone. If you are getting repeatedly bucked off it's because you're not digging your spurs in good enough. Try some leg exercises.

    That is the most terrifying thing I've ever seen. I did a Fall float on the lower Niangua on a day when huge spiders were falling/jumping out of the trees. Splatting all around me into the water, and then THUMP right into the canoe. It was freaking horrible.

    The kill switch is bad. Replacing isn't too difficult, just pay close attention to the way things are situated when you split the control box in half.

    Those that aren't...learn to hustle, steal, and dumpster dive. Adapting to ones environment is what we humans do. 🙂 Spending more than 15.00 on gas, shells, calls, and decoys during turkey season doesn't make you a pioneer. It makes you a foolish consumer. Because that's about what a Butterball costs.

    I think it's safe to say.....Humans have been picking stuff up off the ground and sticking it in their mouths long enough, that everything that's nutritious and somewhat desirable is now farmed and sold in the grocery stores. So this ONE TIME I will defer to science and evolution. 😂 There's a reason why Possum, Pine cones, and Poke weed aren't in the IGA

    You can locate a misfire with a timing light. I'd try that. Once you know which cylinder is misfiring then you can attempt to figure out why.

    Every time a new line hits the market, everybody thinks they have to try it. I get it if there's something about the line you're currently using that you dislike. But I found a line that I'm perfectly happy with many years ago.....and I refuse to start FIELD TESTING all over again just because a new label hits the shelf.
