  1. Maybe in Thermos's, but Stanley tools are junk.
  2. The one I have has the twist to pour cap that doesn't require removing the cap to pour a cup. That sucker will keep the last 1/2 cup of coffee steaming hot all day long. I just dug it out to look, and it doesn't have a "made in ????" stamp anywhere on it.
  3. Ahh, a Biden Thermos now, hu? That sucks. Time to shell out for a Yeti. Just for kicks, get the old one, fill them up....and do a review/comparison for us.
  4. Someone has mixed the oil, switched brands, or topped off with something other than what was in there. I see it all the time, and it requires dumping the oil, cleaning the tank out, and refilling. The resultant "sludge" can clog up the pickup tube screen. Always use the same oil. You don't want a witches brew of random lubricant in the system.
  5. It should stay full all the time. It will set a "low oil" code if it gets a couple inches low in the reservoir. Theoretically giving you enough time to "get home". The float sender in the reservoir is a POS, they fail all the time. A drop of adhesive holds a metal washer on the bottom of the float and the brilliant designers at Mercury think it's cute to keep using the adhesive instead of putting a clip or something on the float so the stupid washer doesn't always fall off. And of course it's molded into the tank so there's no FIXING IT CHEAP. You have to replace the whole reservoir.
  6. Some cool handlebars on that scooter. I wanna pic of you riding it off into the sunset.
  7. To hell with THAT! Go back to lead/acid.....and consider joining a class action lawsuit. Your kid was on that boat!
  8. If the engine mounted reservoir is not completely empty then the likelyhood of air in the injection pump is little to none....unless the leak is between the reservoir and the pump. Locate the leak, fix it, then remove the little cap on the reservoir, start the engine and let it idle until the reservoir fills up completely. Then screw the cap back on.....and clean up the mess. If the warning horn doesn't shut up after that then the reservoir has to be replaced (it has a built-in sensor).
  9. Yep, that makes 7 so far, just that I know of. Nothing more frightening than being out on the water DURING WINTER in a boat that's on fire. "Fire Power"....... How appropriate. 🙄
  10. Trip......Wisemen... That's punny 😅
  11. Better than you'd be without it.
  12. Yes
  13. Yeah
  14. I can read it. And I helped pay for it, so I prefer to have a copy of it, along with the easier to read "Summary's". And it ain't "$12.00".... it's $29.00
  15. If they sent you a copy of the Wildlife code, and the other 4 rules and regs booklets THAT WE PAY FOR when you purchase permits online then that would be cool.....but they don't. And finding current regulations via their website is not always user friendly.
  16. I was told today that they wouldn't be available until the 15th of February. Which just doesn't seem right. What if someone wanted to go on their first winter trout trip in late January...... Would they have to buy a 2020 permit that is going to expire in a month? I prefer buying permits in person vs. online because I can pickup the latest Wildlife code book and all the other literature that covers all of the rules & regs for the year, at the same time.
  17. So nobody else gets their kids fishing licenses for Christmas? My dad always did it for my brother and I, once we were of age. So I'm narcissistic for being disappointed that I can't carry on that little tradition in my family. Y'all are Buttheads! 🖕😛
  18. Mighty fine! 👍
  19. I told you wrong, the douchebags have changed it. I have, in the past, gotten my oldest daughter her hunting/fishing license for Christmas.....but can't do it THIS year. Not until Feb.15 I think MDC does stuff just to specifically piss ME off.
  20. You can buy '21 permits now at retailers that do them, but the 2020 permits are good until the end of February. The '21 permit is not valid until New years day.
  21. It's an enjoyable float, just not a prime stretch for late winter fishing. The same stretch from mid-May to mid-June can be a blast though.
  22. Why not? It's a classic 😊
  23. Can you even buy a base model truck anymore? Crank windows, no A/C, without heated mirrors, vinyl seats ? I'd restore an old '72 Chevy if I didn't hate working on automobiles so badly.
  24. That's pure intelligence you're pointing out, Dude. 1.) If what you are seeking can't be found inside of a 5 county circle of your place of residence....then you don't need it, and are better off without it. If that isn't true then you're an idiot for not choosing a better place to live. 2.) The hatred of spiders isn't "unfounded". If you have any brains at all then you should not want SPIDERS anywhere near you. Give me one good reason to welcome a spider into your space. Now, if the SHTF then you're gonna starve, because you run screaming like a littlebitch from SQUIRRELS. I hope you enjoy your Spider Cassarole. 🤣 Freakin' Nutcase! People like you are the reason why there are periodic fuel shortages, and why tires are so expensive.
