  1. I read on some other forums about guys with off shore boats putting a few thousand hours on their mercs. I read one the other day, i think the guy said he traded in his twin opti 150's with 5700 hours on them. Is it more the big motors that like to pop? or do us freshwater guys just tend to run on the Rev limiter all the time
  2. Lots of big bass in Taney, Once you figure them out you will be a happy camper.
  3. Johns Hot Prop in Ozark, not that close to Stockton though
  4. Never have, dont think i have ever seen one either. Pretty sure the Corp has nothing to do with that lake is why i thought it was dumb the old timer told me that
  5. he is the only one allowed to put in pontoons and give people rides. I put my boat in a couple times and trimmed the motor up and took off the prop, and everytime some and dude would give me a hard time. Even was told by a guy the core of engineers would give me a ticket. Grumpy old guys just hack me off.

  7. 1/8 th Vibrics are the only ones I uses. Tried others but something about the vibric works so much better, at least for whites
  8. It was the guys in your boat that flagged me down before i hit it
  9. I have no clue it was drooped all the way across the lake and up on the road too
  10. Started out from Scotty's heading down stream, a couple guys waved me down in front of the landing, than god they did. They had just hit the Zipline cable that was laying down over the lake. So i stuck around there for a while until they got it back up in the air. I was in the middle ready to flag people down to stop. They got it back in the air, hope they inspect that cable after a boat hit it before they send people down it again. I ended up going upstream and catching 9 by the narrows on some jigs in a couple hours. Only used brown and white jig, lost or missed at least 15. Water temp upstream was 47

  12. Ike Live Bass talk Live Lets talk fish Bass Edge Bassmaster radio Stray Cast FLW podcast I drive a lot for work and these get me through it, they all interview Pros and get in depth with a lot of tips, and talk about recent tournaments. All these are on Itunes
  13. In his Podcast it said it took him a whole 30 min to catch it
  14. Seems like your reports you always seem to get a good one. A 2lber right now from recent reports is great. We fished Upper Bull yesterday....7 hours and 3 only short bass, it kinda stung.
  15. 6th since paint looks so good, But it is pretty poor. I got a couple of their new "wiggle wart" style baits and you can pretty much chip it with a fingernail.
  16. Love how people blame it on FLW. Kinda like blaming Obama for global warming
  17. There really isnt an excuse for a dead fish unless it got hooked to deep. In 3 years of doing tournaments with my little tracker live well i still have never lost a fish. Little bit of ice, and fill the well at takeoff. Its amazing how a few degrees in surface temp later in the day matter. I always throw some gjuice in too. I also crappie and walleye fish and after i have those in my livewell all day and get home some are about dead. I always take peroxide and a scrub brush and get all there nasty slime out before i do a bass tourney
  18. In 7 years of running sleep studies full time ive still yet to see it happen
  19. Kids do it because the sleep so much deeper than adults, Once they are in their teens is when they outgrow it.
  20. I think the guy is a liar, Out of the 1000's of sleep studies i have done i have yet to see a sleep walker. I hear tons of claims but never have seen it. I think the guy just wanted to snuggle and get an IPAD

  22. There is a much better ramp at Bridgeport on the opposite side of the highway from the gravel ramp . It is south street, just follow it through the neighborhood and you will see the ramp
  23. I have throw netted tons of them out of Lake of the Ozarks for trot lines. That MDC Biologists needs to get his nose out of a book and go outside every once in a while
  24. Table Rock has to be getting down to that temp, last saturday at K dock on Bull i saw 39-40 all day long
  25. On the older systems i believe they just have the GPS in the head of the motor only. The Ultrex GPS is miles ahead of the ipilots
