    My prejudice against the flavor of Channel Catfish has nothing to do with what I've been told. It has everything to do with that fatty fishy ick taste that anything much bigger than a fiddler channel seems to have more often than not. Blues and flatheads, cleaned correctly are just plain better.

    40 years ago they used aerial photos and a planimeter. And yes they were accurate. And I trust the world is indeed round, appearance from a canoe notwithstanding.

    We like getting photo updates and staying in touch. Feel free to do things your way, but not everyone sees everything the same way. I noticed that last week.

    Do you have a smart phone? They will tell you exactly where you are. We tracked our grandson's progress on a float on the Finley last Saturday. Knew when it was time to leave to do the bottom end of the shuttle. Technology isn't always a bad thing.

    Alcohol has a higher octane rating than gasoline. Adding alcohol to gasoline = higher octane gas/alcohol mixture.

    Lucky them. We're doing salmon and scrambled eggs on mine Sunday Morning. Try that on parchment paper in the oven.

    The blackstone cleans up by just pushing the bacon grease into the little waste container. One paper towel wipe down and cover back on. Easy care is one of my favorite things about the blackstone. That and the actual flavor that comes from the seasoned flat top. I do stuffed peppers in the oven on parchment paper. That stuff really is great for quick and easy cleanup.

    It's the original ethanol free unleaded. Coleman fuel wasn't always sold in stores.

    Air quality. Pesky danged environmentalists anyway. That doesn't seem very productive though, given the price. I'm sure it's mostly used in watercraft and small engines. Wouldn't think that much would be sold. I'm sure there's a long calculation with a lot of expensive assumptions included.

    Bacon and Tomato on a baguette with my first Cherokee Purple of the season. 4th of July comes through again. That's always my goal.
