  2. The Japanese beetles are driving us crazy ! Devouring my wife's flowers and bushes. I hate spraying but we had no choice. Id take cicadas any day over those little green devils.

  4. I found a bunch of those flying lures in a yard sale tackle box! Paid a dollar for it without knowing the contents.

  13. That looks like an alligator gar like vonreed is suggesting. I don't believe we have those here. Wouldn't be the first weird thing to happen in MO though.

  15. How much rain did you get? They shut down 39hwy out aurora and 248 out of Cassville today as flat creek flooded out with the two inches of rain that fell. My store was slow due to the road closures. We got close to an inch in Mt Vernon and aurora and are expecting more heavy rain across the area tonight into tomorrow.
  16. I've often thought of fishing from a seadoo. Just like the mokai though loud and only good for bigger waters. If you were at the lake or a big river it may work. They fish offshore in Carolinas from sea doo.

  19. Had a buddy up this weekend who is a novice and they caught a bunch, they were bank fishing though.
  20. I have still yet to see a cottonmouth down there. Ton of Brown water snakes and a copperhead but no cottonmouths. I'd imagine they are there though. I may try Monday if my wife will let me.
