  12. Earlier posts indicated that the dam area water temp was till in the mid 50's so pick the right location for the type of fishing you want to try. Mike
  13. QB, I count about 20 boats so far. How does that figure with your numbers? I've just been counting the ones who said yes on this thread. Mike

  16. Well, I felt the same way. But a couple of weeks ago I bought the Abu Garcia 6'6" medium action rod for lighter crank baits. Yes I admit that it is white. So to make it really stand out, i also bought a red reel to put on it. Now I feel special. I do like the feel of them and the rig is certainly lighter than the Berkeley rod and PQ reel I was using. I'm hoping the fish will see it in my hand and laugh so hard that they will not realize i have a lure tied on the end of it and they bite it while laughing. Mike
  17. nice pictures. glad to see the dam area is producing. Any idea what the water temp was? thanks for the report. Mike
  18. Sore Thumbs, here is the link to a map that I use when looking for a ramp. You can zoom into it pretty far and actually see the ramp and the parking. https://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=4129dffc79c2488f9d67df852ebdd94d&extent=-93.885,36.4001,-93.2142,36.8509 Mike
