The ladder posted by the OP will not fit the transom on my 176..from jackplate to edge of transom is only 11 inches....i dont have to worry about my transom it's solid composite core from when i redid it year and a half ago.

Here's what the gentleman said that was on the boat on facebook... The champion that we were in is an older model 210 . The boat had been completely restored and came directly from the shop to the water with no test time on it at all . We are not sure what caused the water to pour in and the ins. Adjuster is investigating that now . We are sure that it wasn't the conditions we were in! Brandon Lovelace and I have about 30 yrs total experience fishing rayburn . We knew what the weather was going to do so we put in at Mill Creek and idled around to the road bed . We fished til 2 and was going to idle back to mill creek . It was rough but we planned and left plenty of time to to idle the swells back . Brandon just happened to look back and see water coming up out of the back box lid . We hadn't taken any water in on the deck of the boat at all .

21 foot champion and any boat over 20 foot is not required to have flotation foam in it which i don't understand...said one of them noticed water boiling out of the rear deck covers makes you think a thru hull connector or a hose broke in the bilge. Insurance is investigating.

I don't have no issues with the jet ski's...it's those wake boats and cabin cruisers pulling the tubers......i go out of the way to go around them when im running if they are sitting or moving but they seem to like to cut it close to me when im fishing or attempt to fish... last year i was up around point 15 and caught a couple and here comes one of them cruisers pulling a tuber and i figured he would just go by and turn around and leave going the other way, nope he had to do figure 8's and dounghnuts so i left and went towards cape fair by the end of the island..well 20 minutes later here he comes again and started doing figure 8's and running in circles again pulling his tubers about 50 yards away..he had water so churned up waves where coming over the bow of my boat...so i left and went home. My rant...lmao

I need to put a wrap on my glass boat to make it look like a tin boat...lol

I borrowed a lifting eye from a boat shop this last time to pull my power head..i did find the lifting eye and flywheel puller on amazon for 37 dollars which i think im going to buy since i do all my own work.

I guess you could say Quill was hooked on the ned..

I don't usually catch fish anyway...lol...but i do enjoy the scenery and the wind blowing in my hair.....lol
