I don’t have trouble catching smallies throughout the year except winter time. I’ve caught more whites, crappie and walleye than smallies. Although my PB smallie was caught in January.
I keep 5 rods rigged. Jerks, cranks, jigs, neds and little swimmers. I’ve never had a good numbers day or even close to dialing in a pattern.
Any suggestions??
Buy an suv, an air mattress and sleep in the back. I did it for years in my Yukon. I’m going back to that setup when I get rid of this truck. It was a sweet setup.
Just to put an end this once and for all.
YOUR PHONES LISTEN TO YOUR CONVERSATIONS.... My wife and most of her friends work for cable companies, all of the cell phone companies, microsoft, cisco, google, you name it. THEY LISTEN!!! THEY TRACK!! THEY POSITION ADS BASED ON THAT INFO!!
I'm a firm believer in "lemons". We used to make 528 cars per shift. Buick Park Ave, Olds 98's, 88's and Pontiac Bonneville. I worked one line over from final process and my buddy put the 3 gallons of gas in them then they started them up. It was extremely rare to have one not start. That said seems like if there was a problem with a car it usually had a couple repair tickets on it not just one.
To this day it still amazes me that we would go weeks without one starting. We're talking 40 pound wire harnesses with every available option.
If you get a good one, keep it.
I bought my wife a 2020 4Runner after seeing what my buddies were getting for used Toyotas at trade in time. Crazy how they hold their value. My Yukon was nearly worthless after it got to 200K miles. Then my buddy gets $15K for a used 4Runner with that many miles.
I'm not a fan of undersized engines pumped up like Ecoboost to achieve similar power. Seems like they would wear out quicker. Would you agree, @gotmuddy?
