Costco steaks have definitely changed. Maybe it’s imported now? A regenerative farmer on Rogan said 80% of beef sold in the USA is now imported. It can be passed off as American beef if the whole carcass is processed in the US. Costco meat is cheap. Maybe be this is why. 🤷♂️
