  1. I would not doubt that at all. I’m not verifying the scale. I only confirm lengths in my posts. Which are facts. I don’t care what they weigh.
  2. Not that I think about it that’s about all I’ve seen plus some sparrow and pigeon nest.
  3. This nest is a redbud we keep pruning back. Probably 3” caliper but only 7’ tall. I’ll post a picture tomorrow.
  4. My wife found what we think is a cardinal nest today.
  5. I’ve seen the fox but never caught it on cameras. They have a den a few streets over under a guy’s porch.
  6. Cats are not a problem unless they take birds. Then......
  7. Let me know what you experience. I’ll be there June 6 for the week.
  8. I don’t mind the cats. They keep the mice and rat problem down. Not that I have one now. I’ve successfully defended the SIO3 empire against weeds, crab grass, grubs, ants, roaches, assorted bugs, spiders, voles, moles, mice, one rat, one snake, birds, rabbit infestation and now coons and possums. Oh! And a guy that keeps more than his limit. This my friend is sport!
  9. No skunks on cameras in two years that I’ve had them. I watched the population take off on camera. Mentioned it to my neighbor today and he said the lady in the other cul de sac feeds them cat food. I also have many cats on camera so I’m using marshmallows because cats don’t do sweet.
  10. My wife won’t do fishing accommodations any more. She’s been in many many. Your wife will like Stillwater
  11. I’ll tolerate a missed placed birds nest but these have got to go. I live in the burbs and I have some new game I’m about to take care of. I’m overrun with possums and raccoons. So many of them that I have two game trails in my backyard that are beat down to bare dirt. I have pictures on my game Camera of three or four raccoons and possums in the picture at the same time Plus house cats and needless to say many deer. Today I got my trap from amazon and my wife picked up a bag of marshmallows. Hopefully pics of caged animals to follow.😁.
  12. With all the ones I’ve weighed and measured I’m not sure all 20”ers would go 5 pounds. I caught a 19”er that was barely over 4 but I’m not posting that picture. Too many landmarks in the background😆. And I don’t want all you interweb wannabe’s poaching my spots😁. I’m talking Ozark River smallies here.
  13. Big cedar time shares are fully booked through mi August as usual. That’s where mine is. Like @eyedabassman said Stillwater is nice. Real nice in fact. I used to go there all the time before I went inherited a time share. Typically tough to get into unless you’re booking a full year out but I don’t know what the virus has done to that
  14. This one is full 18"s and only weighed 3.58.
  15. This one was 17.75" and weighed 3.93 on my scale. It's fat too.
  16. Bill Babler posted this one on Proguide batteries. I bought Duracell on sale at batteries plus bulbs 10% off if you order online and pick up in store. They even brought them out and loaded them in my truck and took my old ones. Plus you get 10$ back for each battery from Duracell. $90 each for two Group 27. Mine were only 2.5 years old and I didn't notice any difference in power but I haven't used them on an all day trip at Taney yet for duration comparison. But I will in to weeks😁
  17. @Bill Jr., I can’t see the marks on your ruler. Nice fat one though!!! Nice!
  18. I showed great restraint but I'm glad somebody called him out😁 Thanks, @BilletHead
  19. You should not risk it at this time. IMHO. 50 years experience Going there.
  20. My daughter is driving an old Fusion and it's been a good car. Knock on wood.
  21. Where did you hear that??
