I was down there in October and they were running ~15000 and it was good fishing. No problems at all. I would have no problem at 20K I think.
Good luck!
I feel for you. That's the one thing that kept me from getting a jet boat before was the storage. The number one item on my list when I built this house was a 3 and half car garage. Boat fits nicely in 3rd bay but now I want a 4 and half car garage...Not in a subdivision.
Hey @Mitch f. I've pushed it myself twice.
Also put the Wetlander slick coat on the bottom and of course an Ultrex Troller. 24 volt 80 pound which I am getting two new batteries for this month. I've had a blast in this thing.
BTW, the best fishing purchase of my life is that jet boat. I've had a blast, learned a bunch of new stuff, saw a bunch of new places and caught a bunch of fish. Shoulda bought 25 years ago when I first got interested in them.
Just passing on info I got from the physics shack. I don't think it has anything to do with fishing. Although we did cool stuff in the physics labs in college. Chem lab too. Labs were the best part of college. I wish I still had my drosophila colony. I chose to select mine for stunted wings. Made counting and caring for them easy. The ones who chose eye color or whatever were constantly tryin to keep them from flying out of the aquarium.
I didn't use fuel additives. Took your advice and put in what I need and I burn it. As far as fuel quality it comes from Phillips 66 in a busy area so I know it at least is fresh to the station.
Load on motor could be it. Sucked up a pile of leaves. But it was running like monkey dodo before that. Well I'll keep running it till it doesn't then I guess I'll buy an Evinrude. Wouldn't mind running across an old 2 stroke. Any you recommend?
The correspondence of a color to a specific wavelength is called spectral color. White and black are excluded from this definition because they do not have specific wavelengths. White is not defined as a color because it is the sum of all possible colors. Black is not defined as a color because it is the absence of light, and therefore color.
It sure was missing with those plugs in. It ran fine for a year then it ran rough (like it was missing on cylinder) and almost died. Changed the plugs and she is running fine again.
Dealer did the same thing last year when I brought it in running rough like that.
Couldn't be more than 50-60 of running time and it just turned two years in august. I did the 100 maintenance deal after one year. It's on it's 3rd set of plugs. Keeps fowling them. this is the last set I took out and they were gapped wrong. .020 instead of the .040 called out. I'm assuming they just took these straight out of the bax without checking because they come .020.
