    Love it, Jerry! I was in NYC a year and a half ago in the winter. We drove by Central Park during the trip. all of the trees were covered in hundreds of plastic grocery bags blowing in the wind. I made a comment about them and my customer who livered there said: "yeah, best thing about summer is it hides all of our trash"

    I burn fossil fuel to drive my paper and carboard to the recycling center. Am I really doing any good. Reports say 80% of recycling ends up in the dump anyway. Which is going to increase because China quit buying our trash. The steady stream of plastics out of our households is unprecedented. I try but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

    Watched a show on this last night. https://www.ourchildrenstrust.org/juliana-v-us The supreme court is letting it go through.. We move more jobs out of this country due to environmental issues than cheap labor.

    Is this a fly rod? If there is a ferrule there will be more mass in that area relative to the rest of the rod. If you did a deflection test I’m sure there would be some “flattening” in that area. I have cast hundreds of rods and I couldn’t tell you what makes a sweetheart. I fish a 4 piece currently over a two piece I swore would never be beat. But it was.

    I have an ultrex. Are you referring to the circle procedure to calibrate the GPS? If so, I used the trolling motor to do the circling until the puck had the correct blinking pattern to the light.

    I haven’t heard anything but I’ll my ride bike to that back canal when the weather turns. If they are in they will be in that canal.
