The guys at Gene's catch them all the time on the dock. They have a rope tied to the trap and he just yanks the trap into the water when one gets in there. He would sit at the top of the steps and wait for them in the evening. Pretty entertaining with a couple beers in hand.

I saw a baby one a few months ago and it was like the thing was blind. Stumbling around and not scared at all by my presence.

One of my daughter's friends drives the old family Honda Odyssey and he's glad to have it. Better than nothing. The boys call it the shaggin wagon and the girls call it the golden toaster. Poor kid will never get any driving that thing. I actually dog him about it too.

I had the pleasure of cleaning up after some pitiful people who used the swim beach before I got there Saturday. Sunday I show up and a guy is fishing next to the swim area. Crap all over the place and he's yelling at his kids that he is ready to leave. He takes a dead smallie off his stringer and throws it in the water. I was pissed but he was bigger and younger. I cleaned up his mess after he left including the smallie I had to swim out to and get out of the swim area. Then I noticed a couple more floating belly up. I guess he threw those out before I saw him. What a piece of shat
