  1. MDC doesn’t plow river boat ramps😐.
  2. We’ve been going there the past several years and are heading there again in April. It’s awesome! For the best “smoke” in the mountains go in the winter. Unbelievable scenery. The fishing is great too.
  3. I'm headed there next Saturday. 😁 What's his info? Please and thank you.
  4. I'd hit it if they allowed my pond prowler. I used to go there quite a bit decades ago. Some big fish come out of there occasionally.
  5. What about Indian Creek at State Line and 435? My brother in law lives in Leawood and every time I drive over it I think about fishing it. Looks decent from the road.
  6. This past summer I was fishing with my neighbor in his Ranger. He kept insisting I should drive it. I got it on plane about 35 MPH or so. He said to "give it the gas" So I did and I was white knuckled. I looked down and we were only going 48 MPH. I said I'm good. He laughed and said there's plenty more if you want. I passed.....😆 Felt like a hundred.
  7. I was kidding. Good luck on your trips and let us know how it goes.
  8. I don’t think one picture of a dead carp is exactly “turning it over”. 😆
  9. I’ve never fished down there. But I would like to.
  10. Taney 25”er.
  11. 21” Taney.
  12. 21” White River
  13. Yep. The rainbows are stout for sure.
  14. Yep. The rainbows are stout for sure.
  15. I think that’s the biggest difference from the fish in Taney. Fish in the White are typically longer and more slender than Taney fish. IMHO.
  16. Nice porcelain!
  17. Don’t forget to check your tire pressure, guys. Most new cars have sensors but the older ones or less optioned models don’t.
  18. Dang! Very sorry to hear that.
  19. I thought it was Christmas but knew it was during a holiday. Turkey or ham. Same thing. 😆
  20. I'm 63 and my family had a resort on Norfork near Gamaliel when I was a kid. We started fishing down there then. Although the resort was on the lake we primarily fished for trout on the tailwaters since my dad was a fly fisherman.
