  1. The primary gas station I use is packed all the time. I doubt they ever have aged fuel. When we travel we always stop at the big places like loves. Half the time you have to wait to get to a pump. Plus they have those coffee machines that grind and brew the coffee right when you order itšŸ˜
  2. Ned rig?? Especially for those smallies.
  3. Hereā€™s what I got. Smells like gas too.
  4. I could eat that every day!!
  5. I do think that bicycle helmets are gay. Not as gay as bicycle shortsšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚. Looks like you took a dump in your pantsšŸ˜†
  6. I wanted to revisit this. Last week I was on the river fishing. Upstream about 500-600 yards I saw a boat coming around the bend. Easily seen. A little bit behind that a kayak came around the same bend. I couldnā€™t really make out what it was until it got about halfway to me. And didnā€™t even notice it until it was substantially closer than when I saw the boat. The difference I noticed is the boat cast a shadow and the kayak really didnā€™t. I think itā€™s the dark shadow that boats cast on the water that make them ā€œmoreā€ visible. We see that shadow more easily. I shouldā€™ve gotten a picture.
  7. They all get stupid when the bill comes due. Buyers are liars šŸ˜‚
  8. This chart doesnā€™t look like itā€™s leveling at all. Already at 925.
  9. Same as the economy and the stock market. Itā€™s SOURšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
  10. I've seen areas with literally hundreds of them when I'm out on the Meramec. NICE!!!
  11. I frequently use a steel fabricator in Zephyrhills called Wheelblast. Iā€™m shipping pipe there now. Iā€™ll have to look up Lightening. I do a lot of work in FL. Thx.
  12. Do you just pull some fuel out and let it settle? Iā€™ve been following your advice to put in what I think Iā€™ll burn but Iā€™d like to check anyway. The place I get gas is very busy so I assume itā€™s water free.
  13. Plus one on Big Y. Quality flies at a decent price.
  14. Nice!! Is it later than normal this year?
  15. I've been using the Z-Man EWG nedlockz. I don't think it's the hook hanging up I think it just settles into a nooks and crannies because it pops right out if you go above it and pull it out the way it went in. Does that make sense? I don't lose them they just hang up A LOT.
  16. If thereā€™s one thing bad about it itā€™s that it gets snagged a lot. Especially in rivers. Typically just pull it back out from the way it went in but on a river that is a headache.
  17. Luckily they do the winter drawdown...šŸ˜
  18. I agree. I've had it and it was very good. I wasn't sure if there was a length limit or season. I didn't want to keep the poor thing while I googled that up. Can't go wrong letting them go..... I've had my boat over 3 years and there's never even been water in the livewells much less a fish.šŸ¤£
  19. I also caught two nice sized goggleye. I let them go so quick then regretted not getting a photo.
  20. I've caught channels on flies. Carlyle lake spillway. You could add to a life list of rough fish over there on the right spring day. I spent a fews years driving back and forth 2 hours and I hit it good a couple times. Most times were a bust even if the water temp and level "should" have been right.
  21. I recommend dragging a crank bait behind a log in an Ozark riveršŸ˜†
  22. He was a fine specimen. Not a mark on him.
  23. Funny you say that. I cut my line off it was so slimed up. He actually flopped and broke my measuring board. Knocked about 3ā€ off it. He sure whacked a crank bait.
