Wow, that came out blurry! Just go to the website and check it out. Much easier. Lol

Here is a screen shot if what's there in March. Google the Mo Highway Patrol Ragatta page and you can get all tournament information you'll need there. Looks as there is a USS Bassin derby that probably cost a good little bit for a first one. I'm not sure though. I'm sure you can find more I fo about it online.

That's kinda my thought as well. I've been useing both the 6th sense Devine jigs as well as just the 6th sense lead swimbait heads.
-
Nice, I even saw them and it didnt even cross my mind to use those on an A Rig. Any body else useing them? Thanks man!!
-
Hey Bo, where can I find them. I've been looking on the NuTech website and cant ever find them

If u look back at my post I am not blaming the tournament at all. And I merely stated that it was a couple teams not following the tournament rules. I am not one to throw a stink about it so I let it go. I did not see any dead released that year. It was just people talking about dead ones they still had in the live wells and the fact the picked out the 5 live ones to weigh in when there was a no cull rule in place for this reason. I personally just choose not to fish it the following years.

I 100% agree with you and don't know how it happens either. We also never let one die but again we fished it 2 years ago. It may have been a 5 fish limit as I am not 100 % positive but I do remember for sure that he said the no cull rule was in effect as it was lake wide. Again it was not the directors fault and more just me being irritated listening to a couple fellas talk about it. They did not attempt to release them and were gonna take them to eat which is fine as long as your within the rules for me. I suppose with 2 people in the boat they were going off their daily limits and never returned one to the lake so maybe they thought it was all good, but by Tourn rules it just caught me the wrong way. Again I have 0 issues with tournaments as i Love to get out and keep my competitive side fed. I only get to do a few a year so Ive just kept it down to a select few. AIA and BBB is about it for me this year.

I am not in any way bashing this trail first off. I fished this series 2 years ago and was very disappointed in a couple of the summer tourn. They try to run it correct in August with the smaller limit and no culling rule. However at the weigh in i over heard more than 1 team stating they had several dead fish in the live wells and basically culled that way. We fished it as directed and brought in 1 fish short of a limit bc we didnt want to keep a smaller keeper on that day. I understand we only hurt ourselves by not keeping several that we could of but it made me very sceptical of the tourn as a whole so I havent fished it again since. Again this is only MY experience i had but we would have made plenty of money that day had we kept our last fish as we beat a lot of the teams that had 1 more. It is what it is and I still enjoy my time out there either way

Big Bass Tour - Table Rock - KVD Big Bass Classic - April 3-5

Not soon enough!! Love the entire weekend!! -
Hes basically giving up a paycheck from one of the companies this year to find out what his best set up is. He explains everything in all his videos if you guys follow him. And if he wins a few hundred grand in the process of learning then good for him. Anyone in the business could do the exact same thing he is doing right now and good for him!! "In My Opinion" this guy is an animal and one of the most down to earth guys on tour. He Loves his job and puts in the time and work for it. Hats off to him and I would be willing to say this wont be the only win of this season.

I stop in Greenfield at "crossroads" just because it's on my way. They (normally) have 2 sizes. I believe the price is fair but only thing I dont like is usually they count the darn things out which drives my crazy. I'm used to asking for a dozen and getting a scoop. But it's the only place I know of on MY way to the lake.

And the Ned Rig is still catching fish.....

With limited time on the water these days there is nothing you could make me throw that would be boring. Maybe if I was out alot I'd get bored of one presentation of another but not currently. I got a 4 hour trip on Monday and threw a jerkbait for an hour straight with 0 bite. Not boring. Threw the arig for the other 3 and got 1 bite. Again, not boring. Loved every minute of it. Heres my 1 bite. -
Well I left aurora at 5 this morning and decided on biscuits and gravy from the doughnut shop here in Aurora since it was early. Super choice by the way. Got Down to the lake for just a few hours. Mostly just tossed jerk baits and the arig a little. Fairly slow morning but did get my first double of the year with a 4.78 to boot. Prob Had 10# total in the 3 keeps we managed in our 4 hours. This fish and a 3# smaller took top honors.

Thats what I was affraid of. I know there used to be an amazing breakfast joint across the bridge down there but that was years ago
-
Ladies and Gents, I plan on finally getting out on Monday but this is not a fish finding question. I am actually wondering if there is any good breakfast joints in or around shell knob? We will be passing through the area and not sure exactly where we will start fishing but breakfast sure would be good. Thank you all in advance! Nick

I saw a you tube video of a gentleman on Stockton killing the with the jerkbait.

I can tell you that I am almost 40 and served in the military for only 8 years when i decided college was not for me, when i got out apparently I made the wrong choice of profession. LOL I am very happy fishing and hunting and living to my means and if I could afford it I would not have a problem paying that kind of money. However I do just fine with all of the set ups I have which is way to many, says the wife. I have even hired a guide on stockton for my dad and me to learn more about walleye fishing in the south as we are from SD originally. And soon one day I will try the same thing on TRL for bass just to learn a few things. I take a week hunting trip in the fall to bow hunt the rut and 3 days in the spring to fish the BBB. I save enough through the year to treat myself to that and still have time with my family. I guess all i mean to say is that Wealth means different things to different folks and I dont mind one bit if they want to buy those kinds of toys, as long as they keep their wake boats on there private ponds!!!!

I will check it out for sure next time were up there!!

Hello all, I am in no big hurry and just looking for the right deal. If anybody upgrades their graphs this year and have GPS, DI graph like a helix 5 or something keep me in mind. Di and GPS is a must and possibly SI. I have an old GPS graph and just want to upgrade a little before next spring. I do favor the HB brands but am open to others for the right price as well. I'm pretty much a springtime crappie and walleye guy so I cant justify spending alot on big graphs when I only take my boat out a few times a year. I do Bass Fish some but out of a buddies well equipped bass boat. Thank you all in advance

REDS in Greenfield, Awesome burgers and even better Cheese Balls!!!!! Cant beat it to call it in from the ramp and have it ready to grab when you get there!!
-
Last time I was up there last month it was pretty much worthless to even go out. Lol sounds like it's not a whole lot better now though.
-
Can anyone tell me if the water still mud on the entire lake?
-
Or possibly those 4 & 5 were 6 Lbers before the had spawned out. I know a couple of the 4 Lbers wheeler has caught were long and skinny, def spawned out. Id say that will have a little to do with it.
