Had the pleasure of being in a boat with Mr Campbell on a couple of occasions. That included a August day on Table Rock when I witnesses first hand his ability with a Zara Spook, trying to pull fish out of submerged trees. As fine a gentleman as ever picked up a rod. Prayers for his family.
If you remember the last government shut down, The signs and gates went up the day, of the shutdown. They already had a contract to have the signs printed, before it happened. Might check to see who is printing signs.
Really, every one of them were full pool according to these graphs, in January

I'm out. 😀
A really wet winter and the lake has been within 2 foot of full. It's not like it rains every spring, and you'll need storage to prevent that downstream flooding you were talking about.. Failed I say.
I fished Joe Bald picnic tables and out houses back during the flood of 1990 I think it was. On leave from Germany and had my brand new Tracker Pro V scratched and scraped by trees and other flooded objects. 👍
Nothing better than a good day fishing with your dad! On the other hand, looks like I made a serious mistake in where I fished yesterday. Lots of shorts, little shad activity. 👍
Had a buddy in the service, that had the bait shop, save him or buy the waterdogs that were too large for most people. He caught some huge catfish and the occasional big bass using them. I'm talking baits that were a foot long.
Everybody one the board must have been up there yesterday morning. 😀 I was out testing the boat and looking more than fishing. Only caught two shorts on a ned and a crappie on a swimbait. I think I ran to Kings about the time Bill says they started. Back to working on the boat this afternoon.👎 Looks like stator and regulators, next.
