Same with my wife. She went with the high dollar new lenses too. She's had both eyes done in the last 18 months. Her eyesight has improved and she said it was like she was living in a fog before. But she still needs the readers. Fine by me. If her vision get's any better she'll leave my fatass.

I guess I got lucky with my kids. They are skeptical about everything. Have to do their own research. Do they always come to the same conclusion I would? Hell No. But at least they come up with their own opinions. Some are easily swayed that is correct. That's why we have a heroin problem. Gods? Nobody knows. Nobody. But you should be left to believe what you want. Unfortunately some people want to kill you for what you believe. I have no idea why it matters. If you want to believe something I have to either be able to prove it's not true or not give an F. And I don't give an F a lot. You know what's better than a 5lb smallmouth? A 6lb smallmouth. But I'll take a half-dozen of either.

For the record I threw Fox out there but it could be any of them. Yeah they don’t bash a Republican every day and never will. Fair and honest journalism was never alive. But it is getting worse. Just like you haven’t been indoctrinated by Fox not every kid is indoctrinated in school. If you don’t like what yours have become then some of that blame is your own. Not some person that they spent a very short amount of time with. Heck I feel bad for those of you that think your kid will become some total idiot after a few hours with a professor. I know the college students I have produced don’t have time for that.

They can only be indoctrinated if they choose to be. No different that then the people that hold Fox News as the gospel. I blame the Republicans and Democrats the most.

I grew up fishing while sitting low in the water. I guess that’s why it doesn’t bother me. But I understand that viewpoint.

It's all part of the stupidification of America. You aren't a true American unless you are so offended by something you can't continue life acting as an adult. Most of this is learned from the politicians. The more you ignore their ignorance the better off your life will be. I recently had a guy try to get me to sign a petition outside a Walmart in St. Peters. I asked him what it was for and he told me to sign it and he would explain it to me. Uh, No.

I will never live anywhere with an HOA. It’s not that I’m a pig or can’t abide by some rules. I just don’t like the asshats that it creates. Friend of mine had to get improvements to his deck approved by his HOA. It’s impossible to see it unless you are in his backyard. Pass.
