You really don't need much at all. Spin it on the thread in one direction and you might have to give it a little twist after each turn to keep it on there. I never use wax but sometimes a little saliva.

Those darn dock fish must be extra spooky. I've never had this problem that I am aware of. But I've never been a dock fisherman either.

I have never watched any of these shows and even though I have heard everyone talk about him I didn't know who he really was. I watched about 5 minutes and can confirm he's an idiot. Smallmouth can't feed when the water is dirty? What a dumb statement.

That's the thing about cheap vinyl decals. They will shrink over time. I don't think the MDC did it to raise funds, more like they chose the cheapest option.

Spent a week with my dad on Fork fishing nothing but floating worms. We tried a lot of different colors and riggings. Pink Texas rigged. Period. Never changing my mind. I give lessons.

Been a few years but not usually. Looks like the last time I did that stretch was July 2011. But I don't recall us seeing anyone. Probably did but it for sure wasn't a large amount.

I agree. But I can never remember a time when I thought angel hair pasta was the right choice.

They may not feed that way but they do it. Having spent a fair amount of time sight fishing at trout parks it can actually be quite frustrating watching them tug on the tail of a small streamer without ever fully taking it. Could be that they aren't feeding but still are curious enough about it to peck at it or whatever.
