  1. I've seen that before too.
  2. Probably would have got skunked with one of my poppers. I have some more in the works. I'll send you a couple when they are done. It might be snowing by then.
  3. Nice report.
  4. I'm pretty partial to this one. If I could wake up here everyday I would be pretty freaking happy. But if it had to be one in the Ozarks I would have to choose Pomme de Terre. I know most wont get that, but it's a special place for me.
  5. That's true. Fellows has been there a lot longer than that intake pipe. And that intake has been functional maybe 50% of the time. It's only there to add water to Fellows in low water since it is the major water source for Springfield.

    +1
  7. Don't let the price fool you. It's a nice program. Just like bfishn I use Elements for the majority of my stuff. It has a great photo management system that helps and can usually do everything I need it to. Lightroom is another good one. I really like working in it.
  8. When a senko, crankbait, frog and spinnerbait are taken out of the possible answers you don't leave yourself with much. One spinnerbait you probably haven't considered is a snagless sally. Used to catch a lot of fish in the ponds of Oklahoma. Yeah it's not much to look at but it does work well where vegetation is an issue. Tried a buzzbait? That should be working well about now, especially on a pond. And ditch the senko for a floating worm. It's a smaller profile so it get's around the weeds easier, weighs less so it goes over better and it just works better in those conditions. They make a lot of colors but pink works well and it's easy for you to see. Work it along the edge and if there are fish there they will hit it. I'd wear that weedline out before I started trying to fish on the bottom.
  9. Yeah it must suck heading to Alaska every year to fish. I'd quit that and get a job at Taco Bell if I were you.
  10. Exactly, because he can't say he didn't know it was an old tax. Either that or he never took time to read the link he posted. BS either way.
  11. No chance. I'll beat an old drunk lady for that one.
  12. You had one?
  13. Yep, that's what I was going to say. http://www.thebirdersreport.com/wild-birds/bird-sightings/killdeer-with-their-young
  14. I don't think they make them that big. And if the do they really shouldn't. $1000-40%=$600. Then you take the additional 30% off of the $600.
  15. Can't we just store them in North Korea?
  16. There you go defending big business again.
  17. People have always been fascinated with others problems. But that doesn't make it right that these media outlets feed on this to increase their profits. That's why there is so much trash on TV and so few good shows that you can sit down and watch with your family. Just because people want something or will watch something is no reason to give it to them. Lots of people want meth, maybe we should just give it to them. Well okay but only if we can profit off of it. People may want to see it but if there was no profit in it we wouldn't be seeing it.
  18. That was odd. I remember after the Joplin tornado they would update the death total on the news everyday like they were talking about Powerball. The media loves this stuff. Too bad they don't have the decency to back off.
  19. Lancer was the only one that I knew of. He might have received them yesterday, not sure.
  20. Scott, no offense but that's a poor idea. I can't find enough time as it is and now you want me to take a couple of classes over the course of a couple of weekends to use up some more of my free time? Plus I will probably have to pay dearly for those. But no harm because that will never happen. There are other rivers out there with less traffic. It's a little farther to drive sometimes and a little harder to get a shuttle but worth it. People have been talking about the Jacks Fork forever so you will never stop it's popularity. Eric caught some nice fish so I don't think it's hurting. The biggest problem with the Jacks Fork is that it is connected to the Cesspool Current River and all the trash it brings out of STL. Beautiful places but they are a waste of my time.
  21. Hey I know some old guys that have been playing with those. Thanks Gavin. Can't wait to show it to a fish.
  22. Hey Gavin. Wanna tell me more about how you made this white thing? I've done something similar but I like this white one a bunch. Feels like it might weigh forty pounds when it's wet though!
