  1. I received nothing either; but also receive notifications from other members or new topics via e-mail.
  2. That bass boat is quite the labor of love. I can't imagine the hours/days/years put into that thing.
  3. Whoah mama!.......they're working now. Thanks for posting those ab. - Talk about big smallies!..........and that wooden bass boat is insane.:-)
  4. Pix don't seem to be working:-(
  5. No biggee; definitely keep it quiet then; those meat hunters are everywhere.
  6. Good problem to have! - any pix?
  7. I love me some Buzzjets; but I tried a batch of knockoffs and they were a bust.........I must have gotten 10 duds.:-(.........they looked great; painted up nice.........but wouldn't perform anything like the Deps.:-( - (Nice paint jobs on those also!:-)
  8. Great looking boat there.........love that G2 on the back too!:-)
  9. Glad your okay there LD. And thanks for sharing, cause you're right; under slightly different circumstances; things could've been a lot worse.:-( - After a lot of research for boarding ladders; I settled on the 'All Aboard Ladder' (link below). I have no dog in this hunt or direct interest in which ladder anyone picks; except I think every bassboat should have some type of boarding ladder. - The 'All aboard Ladder' works great for our family when swimming too. Simple install on the jackplate, NO drilling, made locally, rock solid design and the company owner was great to work with and can even configure the ladder with lots of options if you want. But, all I had to do was tell him my boat year, make and model and the thing fit perfect and installed in minutes. It's simple to deploy by pushing a button on the side of the ladder; it easily slides right down to where you need it; once in the boat; grab the ladder with one hand and slide it right back up and it locks back into place. So simple our 7-year daughters deploy and retract it when swimming!........We couldnt be more thrilled with the purchase; worth every penny.:-) - As always, stay safe out there! - http://www.thebassboatladder.com -
  10. That's funny; there was no link in his post when I replied.........I just thought his English might have been a bit rough.
  11. Not sure if they will still have them; this thread was from February of 2015. But it's certainly possible? I just don't frequent Sams enough myself to say.:-(
  12. Try the Missouri Water Patrol Regatta listing site; its user friendly and a good place to start, where you can narrow down the lake and month you'll be fishing, to see what might be available. - https://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/WP04Web/app/searchRegattaWeb?action=Search+Again
  13. Nice to see UFP took care of yah!:-)
  14. Indeed! Well done Dave........now get a hustle on the part 2 upload.
  15. Yikes..........quite a reaction there.........sounds like some bad experiences at multiple local tackle shops. Anyplace local for tackle down there still get your biz?.........choices are kinda limited.
  16. This is the new tackle shop behind Ulrich Marine
  17. http://forums.ozarkanglers.com/search/?q=Whopper+plopper&type=forums_topic&nodes=5 - Here's a link of threads involving the WP, where folks mention colors and sizes that might be helpful. Maybe different colors work better on different parts of the lake? Not sure; just throwing it out there as something worth considering if there's a specific part of the lake you'll be fishing.
  18. Awesome report and pix Quill! Even sweeter to have topwater bite up until 11:30........can't beat that!
  19. Well done there Alex! Some great looking fish there.:-)
  20. Holy cow.......I'm under the impression those dopes have no clue how close they are to getting fried.........funny watching the video; but the first sign of anything like that. I'd be outta there!
  21. Awesome job and pics Bo! Very impressive:-)
  22. Good thinking Dave.:-) - Heres a link to find other tourney info for those interested by body of water. - https://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/WP04Web/app/searchRegattaWeb?action=Search+Again
  23. Well played sir........on the catching AND the secrecy! Love it!
