HA I know that feeling. So we want to get our shingles shots. Pat tries to set it up at her work. Keep in mind Pat does all my blood work and injections and she is good!. So they say we don't do that you have to go to a pharmacist. So we get on a waiting list at the participating pharmacies as they all were waiting for more vaccine. Guess who calls first? WAL MART 🤪. So we go here. The lady was nice but and We watched her uncap the needle but I swear she took the tip of that needle to a concrete floor first and to boot she was shaking when she poked me. It was really sore for a few days but like you Thomas second not so bad.

My Dad was from the generation that did not have the polio vaccine. He had it and I watched him live with it until his passing. Know another guy still living with it. Very sad but he did the best he could. Two part shingles vaccine for us last summer!

I wish someone that is close would please come and get you some Bok Choy! I feel like some wild animal going out there numerous times a day picking some and grazing right in the garden. Tastes like raw broccoli. As much as I don't want to go to town today may have to get me some French dressing and go al la @Terrierman and put some on it. It's a good green to grow. Bummer on your bees JD. Mine too. I have a friend with swarm traps out trying to get me a swarm. I put out a hive with lemongrass scent and old comb in it. Wild bees know it is there. Check it daily and no takers. Seen a couple wax worms in it so pulled the foundations and froze it. I am trying another route. If I get bees it may or may not work. I will try to get pics together and PM you.

They guess when making the seasonal flu shot hoping to get the right mix. Does not make you immune but lessens the severity if you get it. We get it and will continue to get it. I have talked to some that did not get it and got a bad case of the flu. Ask @duckydoty if he will get one next season. I know there are some that cannot get the shot because of egg allergies. I understand that. Like most things in life you have a choice. Do the ends justify the means? We all take chances.

IT really is. This is fun. The Highwaymen Waylon Jennings, Willy Nelson, Johnny Cash and Kris Kristofferson. I like these guys especially one particular song. I am not sure they wrote any songs as a group though. These gentlemen on the other hand wrote as a collaboration. Traveling Wilburys I like all of their songs. But this one gets to me, Missing Roy Orbison but the rocking chair is rocking and his voice is in the music. Now Harrison and Petty gone. It is a bit haunting now to me.

Pure crap IMO. We all now there are educated people out there who are not too smart. More than likely this qualified MD on the front lines did some googling with the words cigarettes , whiskey and coronavirus and got a hit on OAF where our educated expert Fishinwrench suggested his theory! So tell my Uncle and Cousin previous smokers that were too dumb or addicts to nicotine that now have COPD smoking is a good deal. So I suppose we have some REA members here and you all get the rural Missouri magazine? Well there was a recipe in there called the South of the Border pizza. The Mrs. did some tweaking and made it a deep dish I guess you would call it. Pretty tasty. Reminded me of enchilada and or a tamale mix taste wise. Pretty good and worth a repeat performance someday. Well I had a leftover of it this afternoon. I like eggs with my enchilada or tamale so I scrambled a couple to go wit it. However I did not snap a pic of it but I did do one of dessert! Ginger snaps and the miller high life I had left from dinner. Actually it was good .
