  2. Thanks I believe I’ll stay around kc
  3. What part of lake is that?
  4. Just got in from kc area had water 78 first thing this morning during the rain was 81 when I got off at 430
  5. Yeah my bad I meant 900 didn't check myself Would be nice to clean up some shore line and as Bill said some so called structure I've never caught anything on any of the piles I believe they have good intentions but sometimes over think things
  6. Would love to see it at 700. I would be running up and down lake taken pics and looking for baits
  7. I live down joe bald and the mud is at the confluence of the James and white. The mud is only coming from the James as this time.
  8. I have talked several other guys who fish at night and they have had the same thing happen to them. One even when over to them to just asked if they had seen him sitting there. There reply to him was we have a right to go wherever we see fit so go back to your spot we wont be long. I really feel that these guys need a etiquette handbook when purchasing a license. For that matter maybe just give everybody one. I realize that there are others that cut people off too, but where you can blame ignorance But this plain DISRESPECTFUL and completely out of hand. I was raised up and taught if someone is on a spot leave them be. They were there first, that spot ain't gonna go anywhere so come back later. I have seen it in bass tournaments as well. And pleasure boaters as well. I have heard people say go on in there that guy can go somewhere else if they don't like it.
  9. Well I was fishing the peninsula with the boat sitting in 30' of watercasting toward bank. They were on other side of lake running aroundthe flat pocket. As I seen them motor around ramp area I had my llights on and they disregarded my presence and came down the bank killed a few fish and turned around a couple of times in front of me. I don't have any problem with whatever you like to do on the water, just pull your head out of your back side and respect the rest of us on the water. This is big enough to accommodate all of us.
  10. Was fishing last night around dam area with lack luster results. But what really made the night a blast was a boat load bowfisherman comes between me and the bank I am trying to fish. I watched thses guys do the same to another boat and it is just plain rude and disrespectful. There hasn't been a night lately that you don't see a couple of those boats lighting up the joint. Now I don't have a problem with bowfishing itself. But have some courtesy and respect for people already on a spot fishing. Dont go between the bank and someone fishing. Just ain't cool.
  11. Nite bite has been ok but not lights out. Has been slow for me. Going out tonight about dark to avoid traffic. Most all my fish have came in 20-30 on plastics.
  12. Great job Champ, I can't wait to get out there tomorrow. Going to take the kids and hope there still eatin. Thanks for the report.

  14. You can store it at grand rental station on n. Hwy 13 just past dd hwy. Costs 20 a month for outside storage if you have a tarp.
  15. I know Carmen and Mark. Nice guys and good fisherman from West Plains area. Nice to see someone I know up top there Nice job too Jason.
  16. Sounds like Obamacare to me more bs
  17. Here is my 2cents. Those "elites" get "paid" to do something most everyone here loves to do. That is to fish, and they get to do it for a living. How many guys can say I get to what I enjoy for a living? Your called the elites for a reason, so shut up your whining and learn how to fish for a living. Don't come into a fishery and expect to cqtch 25# everyday. Every body of water is different so go figure it out elites. Would I lve for the opportunity to fish for a living. Yes it is a grind and hard work at times, but hey elites your getting paid to fish this great country of ours. You get to fish some awesome places that most of us will never get to. So if you don't like the lakes that BASS has scheduled, then stay home let someone else who wants he challenge to fish thise lakes you have to work for.
  18. An old top water plug with snaggin trebles on them work wonders and so does a potato gun
  19. Nice job Jason looks like you guys are on a decent bite consistently Keep it up
  20. Is here any particular place we are to place them
  21. Yea that would work. Would rather catch that fish.
  22. Got started at 5:30 first stop was just past point 5 from Indian point. Dropped the trollin motor and did t take lo g for the fish to show themselves. Thru the redfin and hooked up on 4th cast fish just came up just sucked down. No splash or aerial display set the hook and the fight was on. Then snap the fish got me around the dock cable i assume and broke me off. I liked that in too took me 2 years to find one that worked right. Tied on a spook and commenced to laying it on . No big ones just fun and got me a mess of whites out of the deal. Had about 15-16 bass on top and about that many on grub. Fish were relating to main lake points and pockets for me. Sexy shad color on the spook and salt and pepper grub on 1/4oz head
  23. SO MUCH FOR FISH TALK MIZ ZOU !!!!
  24. Thanks for the report Champ I'm headed out early tomorrow. Hoping to get on some topwater before the sun gets to hi. Was curious if the grub bite was working still. Thanks again I will post as soon as I get in
