I had to go to BPS today for some trebles and looked at the long rods again. I wound up getting the 12’ crappie max pro. It looks like I may get to go in a few days.

I just went to the garage to paint some jigging minnows. The thermometer on the north wall shows 48°. It has never been below 50° in there before. However, it is 86° in the sun room where the wood stove is located.
I may have them upside down. I was struggling with the glue and getting a bit perturbed. I tried them both ways and they seemed to fit better the way I put them on. I’ll try the other way next time and see how it goes.
I have only been in them for a day with a friend. At the end of the day I didn’t have a back ache from fishing for the first time in over twenty years.
You are the new brown fish guru. I’m too much of a sissy to have gone yesterday. I just brought in about a hundred sticks of wood and got the snowblower out.
I bought some and have them in my boat. They are on pedestals on raised decks. Is there any trailering concern if I leave them on the pedestals or should I remove the pedestals and put them on the deck before trailering?

jd you are correct. He took some of the Ranger and one or two Champion features and put them in the Z series boats. I really wish he had not crushed the Champion molds.
