( IF ) he gets a ticket, then he wil have his day in court or pay the fine. Thats justice!

This site is full of people who love fish and hate poaching as do most hunting fishing sites. This is the turf of a minority of the population with the vast majority of the population if they read this saying "" so what its a fish and he ate it big deal "" Education as to why it is wrong would seem prudent on our parts when talking to people who do not fish or do it very infrequently.

My best guess would be this guy new he was doing an illegal activity and diserves a stiff fine and revoking his license for a period of time. But will he really get a citation? If i was the Warden and he didnt admit to it I would not write it. Presure from a bunch of internet fishermen is not evidence and would be tossed out in court. But I would certainly be keeping an eye on this guy and contact local outfitters and ask them to contact me if he is spotted. Sooner or later I would catch him doing it red-handed and then he would not get a ticket but the bracelets.

Now what could we as a group do. Go to meetings and press for stiffer fines and penalties so when someone does break the law its not a slap on the wrist.

Even if they do revoke his privileges for life he is poaching. What does he care about licenses?

Thats about sums it up.

Its up to all of us to be the eyes and ears for the agents out there and report these clowns. And not just look the other way or have guilt feelings about being some kind of gnark. I think too many people these days just don't want to get involved on any level with reporting things. But as Gavin said, the average schmo floating down the river probably didn't think what he was doing was illegal.

Poachers will always and forever be. I keep a laminated card in my wallet with all the local MDC agents phone #'s and of course the 1-800-392-1111 Operation game thief hotline.

According to his FB page he went to Parkway High school, so he can't plead ignorance because he just came to the country from Korea or wherever he's from. This guy is intelligent and knows exactly what he's doing and agree that banning him for life won't do any good. The only thing it might do is put enough doubt in his mind that big brother might be watching. Making him pay a huge fine will be the poison for a guy like this.

Does anyone have a photo that would print off with any form of good detail/ clarity.

(Now this might actually serve a purpose)

Now you guys said that Bass River' was pee'ed off, as well as Huzzah Floats/Campground as well I believe..

We. Used to post bounced. Checks from folks, he posted this image publicly.. How about we help him out by posting it WITHOUT his name- at thecash registers in Bass' and Huzzah, ON EVERY FLOAT BUS... Anywhere in the area where they would allow us to post it... If that was your mug you sure as heck would get freaked out seeing it everywhere you went down that way. There could be a small paragraph explaining what he was bragging about doing, etc. Shame him- if nothing else many-many folks will keep an eye out for 'Lil rich kid (Parkway is high end)... And when he sees them he will melt.
