New Duo Realis Jerkbait

So, I had 43 jerkbaits for trout and over 30 jerkbaits in my river smallmouth bag. The Bass Cat carries multiple boxes, but one box has 14, another has 11, another has 14, and the biggest one 30 or more. Not talking about my nighttime walleye jerkbait box or my "bench" roster. I didn't look at those yet. So ehhhh yeah. No need for any more jerkbaits at my house.

OK, I found the part about Aaron Martens throwing the spy bait at Bay de Noc. Freeze-framed the TV and took a pic of the screen with my phone, so the pic isn't the best. But definitely looks to me like No. 6 trebles of some variety on there. No doubt that's a Megabass XPlose since he's their cover boy.

From what I've read, the Duo Realis has received quite a bit better reviews from those who've tried both.

A-Mart intro-ed a new Gamakatsu treble at ICAST, so I suppose that could be what is on the bait. Hard to tell from the image. The hooks are in the G-Finesse line. In the talk he gave at the press conference, he said that KVD came to him when he wanted good hooks...dunno if that's true or not, but...

Any you boys wanna sell some Megabass im your Huckleberry. Need some more. They are great baits but don't hold up to docks and rocks very well. Ha

I have 2 boxes of them I never use. Not a fan of JB fishing and would rather swim a grub or hair jig.

I put the baits into those older Shimano boxes which hold an separate them well. I probably won't get to the lake again until close to Veterans Day but could send you some pictures then. Many have "Ito" written on them.
