Should probably plan a trip to Hartwell for the Bassmasters Classic in a few weeks. I can hang out all week with KVD in the Strike King booth since he won't be fishing. People will hardly be able to tell us apart since we'll both have jerseys on. We'll have to turn around so they can see our names on the back.

Wonder how many spots the old little rig would catch at Hartwell?

Gonna be on TR wednesday and thursday after picking up our boat.

If any of you see a blue and silver Charger swing over and say Hi. We will be in the Kimberling City area.

Any current tips on fishing that area would be greatly appreciated.

sent you a PM, Hunter

Thanks guys!!

Gitnby: just got a chance to get on the net and sent you back a pm. Thanks a TON!!

By the time we got boat and got to where we are staying we did not get on the water until 3:30. Fished/tested boat until 5:30. Caught two spots on the Ned and that was our only two bites. Both in 30fow. One back in fisher creek on a what I would call chunk rock point and one on a bluff end real close to where it would drop off really quick; that was a bluff just a little bit west of the 13 bridge.

Hopefully have a better report tomorrow if the wife doesn't get too cold too quick. LOL

I will say it is really nice to be in a boat in January instead of walking on water(ice) where we are from!
