Was wondering what da heck is that? Cruised by several STLCO restaurant customers tonight cuz dine in is now an option. Just wanted to confirm what they tell me. Most just doing pick up and delivery still. Think you will never dine in at fast food place again. They are killing it w/o the seating. As always, We are the Feckarewes!

Speaking of restaurant food, I took the KFC bowl and made it better. 
Now, next time I do this, I’m really going to kick it up! 
Can’t tell you how yet, but you’ll be over the top wowed!

Another meal made with left overs. Navy Beans with ham bone and bacon in the slow cooker.  So simple, soak the beans overnight, drain and add onion and celery and a few chopped baby carrots,chopped cooked bacon, and the left over ham bone. garlic powder, black pepper and some chicken broth , a little bit of water to top it off.

Eat lots of beans(protein) so you dont get China virus! Boost your immunity!

Simple and quick, took me less than a half hour start to finish.

Guacamole

2 avacados, garlic salt, lime juice, diced onion tomatoes and chilies ,diced jalapeno,black pepper

Beef

hamburger, onion,chili powder , paprika, curry powder,diced tomatoes and chilies, seasoned salt.

Smear some sour cream on a warm tortilla, add the stuff, top with Mexican 4 cheese

I was a cook in a family restaurant for 3 years, there was no chef. I worked in a pizza joint for 3 years, and a BBQ place for 2.5 years. All while going to high  school , and then college with a full load. I've done virtual cullinary classes. Read every cook book I could get my hands on.  Just saying I love food! 😁
