Wrapped. And that’s not something I normally do! 
 

Ran it up to 165 unwrapped. Then I wrapped  and took it to 205. Perfect.

Truth be told, it was good but bland. The missus isn't fond of sausage, so I used plain ground beef. She said I should have used some sausage😀

My wife is the same way. She doesn’t like to cook regular meals much because she says they never taste as good as mine. But she refuses to season anything. Thinks that shouldn’t matter. Betty Crocker she is not, but nobody can touch her chocolate chip cookies.

HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND? 

This chick has been making me cookies since 1986. Why would I be so stupid as to try to challenge her and end that? 
 

Two of my daughters have challenged her and failed. I’m confident in my cooking skills and might be able to top hers. But they are darn good and I don’t see any intelligence in putting this in jeopardy.
