ness Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 Speaking of different dishes, here were two new ones for us: Ham and egg cups. Deli ham in muffin tin, filled with egg and salsa mixture with feta cheese. Easy, quick and good. Will do again. Blueberry scones with a lemon glaze. With clotted cream, all English like. 🇬🇧 rps, Terrierman and Johnsfolly 3 John

Terrierman Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 Sourdough again today. One loaf for now, one for the freezer and one for my great neighbor. So fortunate to have old school neighborhood out here in the country. I actually know most of my neighbors. But the next door neioghbor and his wife are both special. We take good care of each other. So they will get the prettiest one.😎 rps, Mitch f and ness 3

Been known to answer the how spicy question with "hurt me tomorrow" Well, my wife’s family is from Hunan, a place known for Spicy food and personalities! I have much experience in both. 😂 Terrierman, Johnsfolly, snagged in outlet 3 and 1 other 4 "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
MOPanfisher Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 People with a truly spicy heritage have a much different outlook on spicy than guys like me, who think I like spicy until I get one of them little peppers that nearly kill me twice.👺 Mitch f and rps 2

Johnsfolly Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 I have been terrible at bringing home fresh fish lately. So we.picked up some perch filets. We seasoned the fish, salt, pepper, Old bay, and a little lemon juice. Then coated fish with ranch dressing. Cooked at 350 until it flaked. We did catch our first half dozen crabs of the year. I have heard that they are sweeter early in the season. They really are😁! Sue made a pea salad with peas, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and cheddar cheese. Mitch f, rps, BilletHead and 2 others 5
