Wings can often be more expensive than legs and thighs. Wasn't always that way. Mitch f 1

I guess you technically don’t grill them, I wrap in foil and toss on the grill for about an hour until soft and mushy. A little S&P and wow! Could give them some char marks before putting them in foil. May draw out some bitterness though. May have to give that a try.
