Cut off top ventricles. Trim off membrane and be sure to get all the fat off outside. either before or after slicing. Slicing thickness up to you. Pretty much what Billet says. I like to keep mine about 1/2 thick so it cooks a little easier. A little butter in the skillet and some salt and pepper. Get the skillet nice and hot. Gently lay those babies in there and cook around 3-4 minutes before turning. Cook on the other side around 2 minutes and then take the skillet and dump that crap in the trash and go find a good burger somewhere. rps, BilletHead and nomolites 1 2

Then some sharp cheddar on top ready to pop into the oven @ 400 degrees. Out to be plated, Ready to eat, First time try at this. Will become a meal to be rotated in the future.
