But anyway it was some restaurant and this cat made a big batch. I looked it up and was able to find his recipie. I've tweeked it some.

That recipe sounds like an interesting twist -- with a little heat.

Actually you can pick up some good tidbits here and there from that show. But yeah he ruins it for me. 

As for the recipie, I like this style as it works better for grilled cheese being its not like the more traditional "runny" style. 

This style is where you can really run wide open with ideas.

While in London, Nancy and I ate at one of his restaurants for a Valentines Day treat. Excellent meal but they rushed the patrons to finish by the next sitting time.

One of the instructors at Le Cordon Bleu had been a sous chef for him for about 10 years. He told me that once you got used to him, he was not a bad boss.
