At the end of the article I gave away one of my tricks. I make a batch and then fry a couple ponds of chorizo and mix that into the queso. Best way to serve it is over a plate of chips with sides of fresh salsa and guacamole. Now that sounds goooood! We usually have a super bowl party at a friends house and nobody really cares who is playing. Probably some 7 layer dip, and a bunch of wings, grazing food they call it. Yes! Grazing Food!! Flysmallie Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 It will be the last Football Pizza Sunday of the season. Im getting ready to start on the crust. Kids that have no desire to watch the game will be lined up right before kickoff to get them some of this. Chorizo is some good stuff in queso. Makes a dandy pizza topping too.

Easiest bread ? I ever made. Follow this, but for 100% wheat substitute 400 grams of both water and whole wheat flour. I didn't finish uncovered. I just pulled it in 35 minutes. http://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/11376-no-knead-bread BilletHead 1

Season with coriander, drizzle with olive oil and grill it under a foil wrapped construction block. Flipping once. Steamed broccoli and pouch onions. Cut onions like onion rings salt and pepper in foil pouch. Butter, ginger, brown sugar and bourbon melted together and poured into pouch. Grill at same time as chicken. Pete Wow! That sounds great. Pouch onions are new to me. Lotsa good stuff in there. I can imagine it's great. I need to try that. John
BilletHead Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 This is a good one. Chocolomo. We used venison with the wobbly bits or offal consisting of chicken gizzards and hearts. Did have a deer heart but wanted to save it for grilling. Very tender dish and tasty. It is BilletHead approved! http://honest-food.net/2016/02/05/chocolomo-recipe/ Had fried flour tortilla strips on the side, washed all down with a cold frosty beer. Had to smell it all day cooking!
