Johnsfolly Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Looks great Chief. Also looks like your grill defies gravity. I need to learn that trick with ours. Chief Grey Bear, tho1mas, BilletHead and 1 other 4
BilletHead Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Pretty good one there John. Pretty good suction on those hot coals. That is one magical cooker. Could those steaks not weigh much? Perhaps the Chief is cooking light nowadays . Johnsfolly Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 BH - are you saying that its a magical grill or it sucks? I have got to eat those light carbs and steaks. I have to find where Chief picked them up. BilletHead 1

The kids really liked the pork and I will have to make this one again. Apricot ginger glaze? Do tell! Sounds interesting. John

I have to find where Chief picked them up. It is a special experimental grill. Not on the market yet. Very early stages of development. It will only be for very highly skilled Grillmaster's that pass a very intense specialized training. This is not your ordinary backyard grill! snagged in outlet 3 Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 You might need to add another title, Chief. I love pork steaks!! Chief Grey Bear 1
MOPanfisher Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Pork steaks are one of those things that semester to be made for the grill. Whether thicker or think. Any number of seasonings choices, sides etc. And delicious.
Johnsfolly Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 You got to love grilled pork! Ness - here is what I used on my pork chops. I can't take credit for the glazes since they were store bought. I started by sprinkling with the veggie grill mix and then the Chinese five spice on both sides of the chops. I cooked the chops and glazed once I flipped them on the grill. The glaze was a 1:1 mix of the apricot/ginger and the Maggi sweet chilli sauces. Chief once that grill goes on the market, I would like to sign up for the training to get one for our house as well. Keep grilling. ness 1
