MOPanfisher Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 One upon a time when I was working 4 days a week in KC and staying in an apartment like motel I decided to use the dishwasher, never owned or used one before. I had a small bottle of Dawn and we'll why wouldn't it work, small squirt and forget it. Short version is about 3 hours later I finally got it all cleaned up, it truly looked like an I Love Lucy episode for a while. Stuck to hand washing them the rest of my term in KC. Tonight for dinner at friends house I have requested Salisbury steak, because i am one of those guys who occasionally buy a salisbury steak TV dinner just because I like them. I think wife has opted for smashed taters to go with, can't go wrong with hat I wouldn't think. Gavin, grizwilson and Smalls21 3
snagged in outlet 3 Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 Started a fire in the fireplace, football game in on kitchen and blackened salmon getting prepped. No pictures, my wife is scantily clad.

Every so often ill buy the box of just them and make my own mashed potatoes. Usually no left overs. BilletHead Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Well the cabbage rolls were good. Will be doing them again. Ground duck was tasty . Got built pretty big kind of like mini meat loaves wrapped in cabbage. rps Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 A new to us dish - good stuff. http://www.ozarkrevenge.com/2017/01/tuscan-chicken-in-italian-cheese-and.html
ness Posted January 10, 2017 Author Posted January 10, 2017 French onion soup, sans cheese, and some sourdough. Did the onions overnight in the slow cooker. Still a lot of liquid in the morning so I put it on simmer setting for a while longer until dry and brown. Add beef broth. Pretty good --surprising how sweet the onions got.
