rps Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Tonight I put together a spinach barley soup that used turkey stock plus onion, carrot, celery, garlic and porcini mushrooms. Was not really pretty, but it was very tasty. Johnsfolly 1
ness Posted November 30, 2017 Author Posted November 30, 2017 Alright, this was pretty tasty and I didn’t have to cook it. Panko breaded chicken cutlets, roasted butternut squash, peas and mushrooms, and rice/almonds mix from a box. My cooking contribution was a quick white wine, lemon juice and butter pan sauce. rps 1 John
joeD Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 I gotta hand it to BilletHead. Twenty hours and multiple steps and ingredients to make a sandwich. Dedication brethren. BilletHead 1

ness Posted December 3, 2017 Author Posted December 3, 2017 I suppose I’m a meat and taters guy, a lot like my dad. Shepherd’s pie has all the right stuff as far as I’m concerned. Ground beef, onion, rosemary, brown gravy, wine, corn, peas all under a canopy of browned mashed taters. I’ll dang this myself, even if it’s against protocol. grizwilson, Johnsfolly and BilletHead 3 John
