Figures this is the part of the chicken she sold you, all good my boy except for the broccoli.

Mind in the gutter, as usual. :D I'm just a recently divorced American male trying to reach out to the huddled masses yearning to be free. Especially when they're nice and pretty fun to talk to, etc.

I'm not much of a broccoli fan, but I did this simple -- steamed it in a little water, heavy on the salt and pepper. Hit it with some butter, and then the sauce.

I made some mediocre baked spaghetti tonight. Wasn't even picture worthy. But the view from the kitchen was.attachicon.gifimage.jpg

Don't leave me hanging, bro....

Speaking of hurricanes, it looks on radar like Northern Mo. is having one.

Recently divorced hu? Well bless your heart. Don't forget that as sweet as the butcher seems...there's someone out there that wants to choke her. :)

Love the view! Cleaned out the freezer on Thursday. Tossed a couple pork butts in the smoker 15 minutes ago. Turkey is seasoned, will go in when I wake up. Should have some good eats tomorrow!

Are you eating what you catch there Ronnie?

Gavin ready for the photo of the spread, actually we all want to know what tie to show up?

I'm a fan of Bullet smokers. I started out on the Brinkman's years ago because they were about the 1/4 of the price of a WSM. A lot of those on the BBQ circuit use the WSM and have great success. But once you learn to use the Brinkman, it will make the same quality BBQ.

So I saw this smoker at Academy on clearance for 50% off. It is constructed much like a WSM only bigger. So I talked with my parole officer and she was fine with the purchase. Sweet!

Today is the inaugural run. I put the pork shoulder on about an hour ago and later will be adding a chicken, ribs, and some beans.

I am so freaking hungry right now I can't stand it!

I have changed my mind Gavin. The Chief is a shorter drive!

We are going to pick some of our giant cubanells today and stuff them with sausage. Let us know how it goes Chief,

Just me and one of my babies today. Small loin, one rack of ribs. Gonna start it outside, go for a couple hours, then bring it in to finish while I play some golf.

Looks like a nice, well-built rig there Chief.
