No but I have seen recipes for chili that call for cinnamon. Gavin Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 We usually have corn bread. Lots of cinnamon in Cinncinati style Bean & Hamburger chiles.
MOPanfisher Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 I crave cinnamon rolls every time I am awake. Chief Grey Bear and fishinwrench 1 1
MOPanfisher Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Well it came out pretty tasty. Heart was almost perfect, some of the wellington were more done than others which was fine as some of friends like it more done. And wife made a mushroom sauce/gravy so I spread it around liberally. Chief Grey Bear Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Not a great pic but tonight we had Fired Chicken Cordon Bleu with a Dijon Parmesan sauce. rps Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 So we finished the rollade and the taste was entirely what I wanted, The roast had a serious chew. You can trim and clean up but you still must work with what you have. Johnsfolly, BilletHead, grizwilson and 2 others 5
MOPanfisher Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 RPS, I don't mind a little chew to a roast, unfortunately with my 85 year old mom, I have to very careful as she says"her teeth aren't very sharp any more". I love the char you have on the squash too.
Lancer09 Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Holy smokes! I never thought of doing a wellington with venison... i will be giving that a try.
