Problem with my phone is the size of the photos. Can only get two or three before exceeding the size limit. Not many meals only have two steps .

My phone is not to fancy and lets me resize them. Mr. Scientist does yours? HA . I generally send phone pictures to computer and resize there before posting. I know I am not any smarter than you.  I accidentally once called a shiner a chub once :) ,

Hunted the last few hours of the last day of goose season up near Schell, came away with 2 birds. Planning on 4 breast halves for Spickgans unfortunately one bird would not pluck just tore the skin away and the other took several hits to the breast. Thawed out another skinned breast and with the aid of some donor skin,(bacon) salt cured and smoked the breast. Delicious stuff maybe not as pretty as Billethead would prepare but goooood.

Wanted to try and do something different with it other than just slice and eat . a good friend has a woodburning pizza oven and invited me over for a pizza party so I thouoght I'd try something with the goose. Very simple he had the pizza crust already. I just spread on a thin layer of hoisin sauce laid on the goose and covered with chees and cut green onions. The oven was very hot so the pizzas would cook in about one minute

My poor goose took it in the breast ,haven't learned to shoot them in the face like Marty.

Preety good, first one I was alittle heavy on the hoisin need just a thin spare covering on the crust. I didn't have it but some red chili garlic sauce or sriracha sauce might be good

The answer may not lie at the bottom of a glass, but you should always check

Wow, goose pizza?and it looks delicious.  Marinated meat, grilled on a skewer how can it be bad!  I am taking my batch of summer sausage out of he smoker momentarily.  Almost 30 pounds of jalapeno mix with some added spice cause I like it to have a kick.

I have Mediterranean seasoned ground lamb formed in football shapes ready, pita in a foil packet ready to reheat, and homemade Tzatziki sauce chilling in the refrigerator. I will dress a chunky salad just before serving. Pictures later.

EDIT

Stupid pita would not open to make pockets. We made do.

I love pickles, and I love Tzatziki. But I can’t handle raw cucumbers. Go figger. I’m liking the Greek ideas being tossed around here lately. I may have to do some “stick-a-bobs” 😄soon. That’s what ness 2.3 used to call them.

Been too much eating out lately and too boring to post when I have cooked.

Pretty boring. Baked swai filet with blackened seasoning and some roasted buttnut squash with a little maple syrup.

Squash didn’t char like I wanted so I hit it with the torch.
