Molasses brined chops, peaches and cream corn, huckster maters and 4% fat cottage cheese, salt only, sweet taters with a maple syrup and butter glaze, etc. 

And, a Colorado Malbec we picked up last week.

Lots of herbs on that! SB Good! On the road for 10. Finally home last night. Mostly pre-prepped BBQ & a few quick lunches & dinners between activities, Enjoyed lots of sweet corn and corner stand veg. Best food While dining out. Ruby's in Decorah IA. Got the crab cakes eggs Benedict and the Ronnie Cinnamon Roll. All was good. The Drive In Grantsburg, WI, is still good. Frosty home made root beer beer, some fried white cheese curds, onion rings, fries, and a burger (bison or beef).

Green chili cheese burger on a brioche bun. 

The brioche kinda deflated and sweated oil when I toasted it. What gives?

Happy birthday/anniversary.  Came home to fid a couple packs of t bones thawed out.  Wife making a peach compote thingy out of some peaches we fought the Japanese beetles and green June bugs for.  Probably made something else too but who cares.

A juicy lucy on buttered toasted bun with housemade Amish dills and Heinz 57.  Side of tomato, onion and cucumber salad in red wine vinegar.  And a Yuengling Traditional Lager.
