Tonight was lemon chicken and capers with roasted brussel sprouts and rice.

I've posted before about lambsicles. Tonight the sides were couscous and pan roasted broccoli.

Venison meat loaf, smoked of course.  That's Oklahoma Joe's mustard style BBQ sauce on top.  Good sauce, has a nice bite to it.  Hickory today for smoke. The side will be steamed cabbage.

I need to put couscous back into my rotation.  So good and so easy.  Lambsicles sound just fine too and so does the broccoli.  Great sounding meal.
