I can’t wait to try this...but I’m lacking the hardware! Need those steam pots!

1) Jacques is one of my favorites

2) He should have gotten a little hair and makeup before doing this video. He looks a bit like old Marley from A Christmas Carol

3) I like the idea a lot, but those whites gotta be set

d) couldn’t you do this with some ramekins you already have or some small, disposable foil thingies instead of buying some unitasker?

I have also seen them done at a low power setting in the microwave.

I cooked the Gnocchi in the sauce.

Was in springfid with my wife today and she selected a place to eat, The Aviary.  Definitely not my sort of place, but she likes it.  Ordered shrimp and grits, not really expecting much from a place that advertises itself as an eating place and crepery.   Wife had some smoked salmon toast and brussel sprouts. The food was very very good.  My shrimp and grits was maybe over seasoned a little, not spicy but heavy seasoning and salty but my palate is confused anymore so it might just be me.  The salmon toast was excelent as were the brussel sprouts.  Never had fried capers on anything nefore but they werw very good too.  Didnt order any crepes as they don't really appeal to me, but over all pretty good eats.  Wife left her fancy stainless collapsibe straw there but that wasn't their fault.  I would certainly go back again just for the salmon toast.  Which I don't have a pic of, just my shrimp and grits.

Did pizza over the weekend and followed up with the second half of the dough tonight. Mushrooms, black olives, whole milk mozzarella and a no cook tomato sauce.

Yum. I made enough dough to make four large pizzas on Super Bowl Sunday. We weren’t having a lot of people over so I was expecting to have at least a pizza and a half left over. Nothing was left. Not even scraps for the dog. I did send a few slices home with the BB player for his trip bark to Arkansas. Homemade pizza is just the best.

I asked the wife this morning what she wanted tonight. She said she wanted the kielbasa onions peppers thing on polenta. No Prob.

Though they look good I don't like thick doughy crust pizzas . If we could get the dough right, I would probably like homemade pizzas more.

Never tried serving over polenta, usually serve with potatoes. We do love kielbasa with pepper and onions :).
