Gotta go with crust too, but everything matters.
 

I mix it up with the cheeses occasionally, but stick with white cheeses. Think I’ve done provolone, Muenster, even some Swiss. Mozzarella is pretty bland. Usually try to get whole milk mozz.

It’s hard to justify $100 worth of steaks when I can feed 6-7 people for $60.

But when it’s my wife and I....worth every penny of $50 for 2 steaks. Those cap steaks are amazing!

Those steaks look great! Can't match that.

Chicken tonight. Roasted chicken. Lemon, herbs, garlic accents.
